Members of the Association take part in a wide range of sport disciplines, the full list and rules of which is available on the World Transplant Games Federation website – www.wtgf.org

The main disciplines are:

• Golf

• Lawn Bowls

• Mini Marathon (Road Race)

• Rowing

• Squash

• Swimming

• Table Tennis

• Ten Pin Bowling

• Tennis

• Volleyball

Host Countries usually introduce typical local sporting types into the WTG.

In addition to the WTG held every two years, the WTGF also stages the World Transplant Winter Games in the interim years.
